If you’re wondering whether or not a barrel racer is having fun watching the Western pleasure and hunter under saddle at the Congress, don’t worry. I’m more stressed watching my friend go around the arena time and time again on her pleasure horse than I’ve ever been watching barrel racing. (We run for 15 seconds, they have to be perfect for 15 whole minutes!) 


And waiting as the judge announced the top 10 placings in the Senior Western Riding was about to drive me nuts! It was very exciting to hear our November “We’d Love to Own” horse, Vital Signs Are Good, named Congress Champion for the 28th time.
