For this week, I’m going to try and cut out the rest of the grains: corn, wheat, oats, etc. However, I do still have some cereal left in my cupboard. Cereal will be the last thing I remove from my diet.

My plan is to cut out these grains in there most basic form. In other words, I won’t be treating it like an allergy, where I examine the ingredients of everything I eat. (I already have to do that for my dog, and it’s a major pain).

Again, I think this is the most realistic version of this diet for you readers. Who has time to read through every label to make sure there’s no wheat flour or corn syrup in it?
