This week involves one of my favorite aspects of the job: Traveling to direct a photo shoot. This week’s destination: Al Dunning’s Almost Ranch in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Al and his wife, Becky, have graciously invited me to stay at their beautiful home during out two-day photo shoot, with photographer Robert Dawson (Mr. Dawson shot Al’s beautiful book The Ultimate Level of Horsemanship).

I’m bringing my camera along to get plenty “behind-the-scenes” shots for your enjoyment, which I’ll share early next week. HOWEVER, I’m not going to reveal what exactly we’re shooting. All I can say is you’re in for quite a ?? ?treat for our future 2010 issues, compliments of Mr. Dunning.

Over-and-out; have to go pack! But will provide a full report upon my return!
