Entrance Gate
- Enter through Gate 5 upon arrival at NRG Arena
Trailer Parking
- After unloading, all horse trailers will park at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo property located at the intersection of Loop 610 and Kirby. Horse Trailers will enter the property via Kirby Dr.
Exhibitor Parking and Passes
- Exhibitor vehicles will park in the Horse Exhibitor parking lot.
- Each contestant will receive two parking passes and four exhibitor badges
Setup and Check-in Info
- Move In: March 7 – 4:00 pm CT, all day March 8
- Move Out: March 10 – out by 7:00 pm CT

Stalls, Shaving & RV Hookup
- Sold Out: Stall reservations are closed.
- All horses competing must have a stall. No haul ins are allowed
