Many equestrians, including me, grew up using the original Mane ‘n Tail by Straight Arrow; it has been a staple in the equestrian industry since its launch in 1970. In Episode 34, I visited with owner and president of Straight Arrow, Devon B. Katzev, who now runs the family business that his parents started. We hear how being involved with horses and the business shaped his life today, some fun facts about Straight Arrow and their product development, and some new adventures they’re pursuing all while keeping to their mission of “satisfy the customer”.
