Clickhere.Write a short account of the funniest thing your horse did; upload a photo of your horse or you and your horse together; and wait for Phase 2, when you’ll lobby friends, family, neighbors, strangers, whomever to vote for your story as one of the top-five picks. After that, a panel of official judges will choose the funniest story of the finalists. That winner will have his or her story featured on the pages ofHorse&Riderin the January 2013 issue and win a valuable prize package?including shopping sprees fromCruel GirlandCinchclothing andWeaver Leather. Runners-up will also receive prizes from the sponsors.
So get to writing! You only have until September 12 to enter. Then Phase 2 begins on September 19, with public voting running through October 3. After that, the decision is in the judges’ hands, and we’ll announce the big winner on October 24.
