Triangle Spring Sale Offers 244 Head in OKC May 1

In its 41st year, the Triangle Spring Sale is offering horses from NFR qualifiers and leading trainers and breeders across Western performance disciplines.

The Triangle Spring Horse Sale will offer 244 head of premium performance horses—including ProRodeo winners, NRCHA, NRHA and NCHA standouts—as well as prospects, at 1 p.m. CT May 1, 2021, at the Oklahoma State Fairgrounds.

With the company’s 42 years as one of the country’s leading sources for elite-caliber and family horses in the U.S., Triangle Horse Sales is hosting its 41st spring sale May 1 with a preview starting at 9 a.m. April 30.

“The thing that has made Triangle Sales so successful for 42 years is our repeat customers,” Triangle Sale Company’s Jim Ware said. “They trust us and know we have integrity. That, along with our buyer guarantee, assures people they get what they pay for.”

Some 215 of the horses in the sale are riders and will be shown in the live, web-cast preview the day before the sale. Sellers can show their horses in heading and heeling, calf roping, cutting, reining, ranch riding and barrel racing. Live cattle will also be available during the sale itself.

The Oklahoma City Fairgrounds is one of the nation’s leading equine facilities, and food will be available on-site. The Oklahoma City area is full of family entertainment nearby.
