Joel, from Stillwater, Oklahoma, grew up on horseback riding with his family and watched the Cinch RSNC organization begin from a grassroots perspective. Since the organization’s start in 2007, Lesh has earned more than $440,000, earning him the number one ranked spot and placing him in the Cinch RSNC Hall of Fame.

When Joel isn’t traveling the country for ranch sortings, he is at home training, giving clinics, or producing his own events.
In a rapidly growing sport, Joel is excited for the future of ranch sorting and works closely with youth and beginner adult rides to make the discipline welcoming to all.
