Brad Barkemeyer demonstrates with his young son, Bryce Barkemeyer, how to practice boxing at home to prepare for a show. In some lessons Brad will have riders go into “show mode” to pretend you’re being judged and other times he will have riders break things down if there’s a mistake to address the issue in the moment.
