Cody Crow breaks down the different tack and gear he uses in the versatility ranch horse. Cody explains that he chose to show the horse in romel reins so that he can keep his horse up and more easily in the bridle. He has also chosen a saddle with a narrower twist. Cody explains he chose that particular saddle because it allows him to really feel the horse underneath him. The saddle helps the horse be freer in his shoulders and allows Cody to help him lift his back. This can help increase the quality of his movement which is especially important in the Ranch Trail and Stock Horse Pleasure classes.
