Saving money at horse shows is easy if we avoid the concession stand and keep ‘emergency’ food in our trailer.

Stock a bin or bag with nonperishable foods and shelf-stable drinks, along with plates, napkins, and cups, and keep the bin in your trailer. Then you’ll always have snacks—even if you pull out of the drive without your cooler.
