Video: We’d Love to Own Mare Peanut
Watch as "We'd Love to Own" horse Winning On An Impulse shows you how she smiles!

Winning On An Impulse

Winning On An Impulse | Photo by Mallory Beinborn

Details: 2001 APHA mare by A Danson Impulse and out of Zippin Black At Ya, by Liquid Best Side.

Barn name: Peanut.

Owned by: Mallory Beinborn, Coon Valley, Wisconsin.

What grabs us: As a professional photographer, Beinborn has supplied many photos for use in H&R. At a recent photo shoot, she told us all about her own special mare. She sounded like a winner to us.

All for a cookie: “She loves those little horse cookies, and she will smile for them,” Beinborn says.

Always smiling: “If you don’t feed her fast enough, she’ll stand at the gate with her lip out. Or if you’re holding something she thinks she can eat it, she’ll smile for it. It’s pretty funny; she smiles all the time.”

Watch as Peanut demonstrates her smiling skills in the video below!
