He says, “Lack of preparation is one of the most common mistakes I see when people go show. It’s not so much that something is happening at the show. It’s probably happened 100 times at home but you didn’t pay much attention to it.”

Andrea clarifies, “I don’t think it’s a good idea to do every day, but I think more often than not, most people don’t do it enough.”
