Nichole Chirico is Horse&Rider's managing editor. She's been involved in AQHA all-around competition for nearly 20 years, and as a youth won the All American Quarter Horse Congress and was recruited to be an NCAA D1 rider at Oklahoma State University. Recently she's started riding cow horses and reiners, but when she's not in the arena, she enjoys exploring the Rocky Mountains on horseback. Chirico currently lives in Littleton, Colorado, with her partner, Alexander, and their dogs Ghost and Cirice.
