Gallop Poll: Do You Do a Riding-Fit Workout?

Horseback riding is an athletic endeavor. It conveys fitness benefit itself, but many riders find they do their best in the saddle if they also maintain a regular workout routine. We want to know if you regularly work out to help you stay fit for riding. Please let us know by answering the poll question below. Then check the results of the survey on the Talk page of our May 2017 issue to see how other readers’ fitness preferences compare to yours.
